These Terms and Conditions of use for the online store www.iglabags.com apply to orders for the purchase of products/services offered by the company ÎI PESTUȘCO IULIA through the website.
For the proper use of the website, we recommend that you carefully familiarize yourself with the presented Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to make changes to these provisions without prior notice.
1.General Provisions
This site is owned by ÎI PESTUȘCO IULIA. When placing an order in the online store, the Buyer accepts the Terms and Conditions of sale of goods/products and/or provision of services which are based on the legislation of RM (hereinafter – Terms and Conditions) presented below.
The use of the website implies acceptance of the Terms and Conditions proposed by ÎI PESTUȘCO IULIA in accordance with Law no. 284/2004 regarding Electronic Commerce. The relationships between the client and the seller are established based on Law no. 105/2003 on Consumer Protection, and other normative acts adopted in accordance with it.
The seller reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, and the Buyer is obliged to monitor the changes.
2.Personal Data Protection
By using the website www.iglabags.com, you automatically agree to the collection and processing of personal data, which are necessary for the processing/confirmation/execution of orders. Personal data is processed only for legitimate purposes, such as providing the products you order, promotions, Google Analytics, cookies, and notifications/newsletters.
All information containing personal data is stored and used only for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with the provisions established by Law no. 133/2011 on the protection of personal data.
We use commercial security measures to prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information on the site. The transmission of data over the internet or via a wireless network cannot be entirely protected. Therefore, like other companies, we cannot guarantee the security of the information provided by the Buyer, thus, they will do so at their own risk.
3. Order Registration and Payment
Payment for orders can be made by credit card—upon receipt of your order, you will receive a receipt confirming the payment. Online payments are made with maximum security using a credit card that allows for online transactions. After completing the payment, you will receive a payment confirmation at your email address.
The payment processor uses a secure system based on the latest version of the 3D-Secure security standard, which means a new global approach to authenticating buyers in secure online transactions. This security measure involves redirecting the user during the payment process to a secure page where each cardholder is authenticated through a unique code assigned for each online transaction.
Refunds are made only to the credit card used for the purchase. To make a payment, you will need to enter your credit card details. The transfer of this information is done in accordance with all necessary security measures. The information is transmitted in encrypted form and is stored only on a specialized payment system server.
To complete the payment, the following details will be required:
- Card number (16 digits)
- Expiry date (month and year)
- CVC or CVV code (3 digits)
- Name and surname on the credit card
If the currency of the card differs from the currency of the transaction (MDL), then the conditions of the issuing bank will apply for the conversion of the amount charged from the card account.
4.Delivery of Products / Goods / Services
After the order is registered, the buyer will be provided with information regarding the estimated date of delivery by the courier/delivery service.
Delivery within the municipality of Chișinău is made within 72 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 8 PM and are free for orders of at least 3000 MDL. For orders with a lower value, a delivery fee of 50 MDL will be charged (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
Delivery throughout the Republic of Moldova is made within 120 hours from the confirmation of the order by our operators. Deliveries are made between 10 AM and 6 PM and are free for orders of at least 4000 MDL. For orders with a lower value, a delivery fee of 50 MDL will be charged (which will be included in the total amount of the transaction/order).
Deliveries are not made on Sundays or national holidays.
The delivery time may be extended in certain isolated situations (e.g., adverse weather conditions, legal holiday periods, unforeseen technical issues, etc.). We will notify you in advance if we encounter any of these isolated situations.
You can choose any delivery address – home, office, or any other address, with no additional charges. We accept only one delivery address per order. If you need to deliver the order to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.
Upon receipt of the products, please check the integrity of the packaging and the presence of the receipt in the presence of the courier. Any subsequent claims regarding these aspects will not be accepted.
5.Right of Return
According to the definition in Law no. 105-XV of March 13, 2013, on consumer protection, the Buyer has the right to return a purchased product/good for certain reasons within 14 days from the date of payment. The funds will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
Example items cannot be exchanged or returned, in accordance with Annex no. 2 of Government Decision No. 1465 of December 8, 2003 (MO248-253/December 19, 2003), as amended by Government Decision No. 1188 of November 2, 2007 (MO175/November 9, 2007).

Personal data is used exclusively for the purpose of managing the site, allowing access to specific information, delivering orders, or contacting the consumer regarding delivery execution. By this notice, users and consumers acknowledge that their personal data (name, surname, phone number, address, postal address) will be processed and used. The service provider processes the personal data of users and consumers provided through browsing, using, and registering on the website www.iglabags.com.
